No Ceilings: The Full Participation Project is an initiative from the Clinton Foundation and Gates Foundation to inspire and advance the full participation of girls and women around the world. Fathom created the data-driven platform, which explores twenty years of the progress and setbacks for global gender equality. The site focuses on areas of health, education, economic participation, and social inclusion. Nearly one million data points drive the interactive visualizations, exploratory map, videos, articles, and sharable images.

Fathom analyzed the data, developed the stories and visualizations, and designed and built the content platform for web, mobile, and touch screen environments.
